Room Reservations

Faculty, staff, and students may reserve space for academic purposes at the Heller School: 

Virtual Classes Class/Capstone Presentations
Review Sessions Individual/Group Study Sessions
Exam Proctoring Final Exams
Adjunct Professor Office Hours Teaching/Tutoring Office Hours
Program Town Halls Committee Meetings

Requests must be submitted 3-4 business days before the date of the session to better coordinate, communicate, and approve the dates, times, and spaces. Rooms are managed centrally by the University Registrar, and notifications regarding the space or alternatives will be provided by Academic and Student Services.

Please note:
  • Regularly scheduled classes take priority over ad-hoc requests.
  • Classrooms are reserved as is.
  • Food and drink are not permitted inside the classroom, but sealable water bottles and travel mugs are permitted.
  • Event set-up needs (such as custodial if outside food is being ordered) related to the booking are handled by the University Events Office, ueo@brandeis.edu.

Students, Faculty, and Staff who have been authorized to return to campus must complete a mandatory COVID-19 Safety Training Module and complete the mandatory electronic daily health assessment every day you come to campus, wear a mask at all times while indoors, and undertake mandatory COVID-19 testing.
