Requests must be submitted 3-4 business days before the date of the session to better coordinate, communicate, and approve the dates, times, and spaces. Rooms are managed centrally by the University Registrar, and notifications regarding the space or alternatives will be provided by Academic and Student Services.
IMPORTANT:
- Regularly scheduled classes take priority over ad-hoc requests.
- Ad-hoc requests are reserved after the registration/add period (see academic calendar).
- Booking requests made for the final examination period are typically confirmed around mid-semesters.
- Classrooms are reserved as is.
- Food and drink are not permitted inside the classroom, but sealable water bottles and travel mugs are permitted.
- For non-academic/large events, please consider the Student Event Request Form or the Department Event Request Form.
- Event set-up needs (such as custodial if outside food is being ordered) related to the booking are handled by University Events and may be associated with a charge.
