The World Needs You More Than Ever
Every Heller student arrives with the drive to solve a specific problem, or serve a particular community. Although substantial progress has been made in many regions of the world, 1.2 billion people globally live in extreme poverty, and one out of eight people go hungry. Global trends such as the spread of regional conflicts, rising income inequality, and climate change disproportionately impact the world’s poorest and most vulnerable populations.
