Empowering executives to impact policy and improve performance

The Heller School's executive education programs provide physicians with the concepts and tools they need to measure, assess and benchmark performance, and build commitment to operational excellence. Our interactive programs build on your existing expertise and experience to spark new ideas and skills in a collegial environment with your peers.

Our unique advantage is that we collaborate with clients to create tailored programs to meet organizational performance goals. Our faculty lead programs on our campus and around the world.

The health care field today requires physician leaders to develop a balance of policy and management skills in order to be effective. We invite you to gain knowledge and skills that improve team performance and organization, and increase your personal and professional satisfaction and impact.

After spending time with us, you will have greater comfort and success at taking on leadership roles, leading and managing interdisciplinary teams, and advocating for the physician's perspective in your organizations and communities.

We invite you to participate in one of our programs, or to work with us to develop a program tailored specifically to your organization's performance goals.

Please contact us for more information. We look forward to working with you.
