Booking the Zinner Forum for an event: Before you confirm a speaker and schedule an event in the Zinner Forum, please check availability by submitting the form below. In addition to requesting the Zinner Forum, this calendar publicizes your event to the Heller and Brandeis communities and the general public. Allow two business days for your event to be posted.
Once your reservation is confirmed, submit a University Event Request form to the University Events office. Note in the form that the Zinner Forum has been reserved through the Heller School. Use the form to indicate the campus services you require, such as custodial staff, catering, and media and technology services.
Please note: You may use the Heller Events form below to request Alumni Lounge (G50). Our ability to approve your request depends on the class schedule for G51, the adjoining room. It will take a few business days to confirm your request.
To book event space in any other room on campus, use the University Events form.
All Heller event planners are asked to share information about their events using the form below so that your event can be posted to the Heller Events online calendar.
