Overview
In today’s complex world, it is critical, now more than ever, to train and mobilize professional peace workers so that more societies can benefit from peace dividends. Unfortunately, when peace leaders lack management skills, good intentions often lead to failures in delivery. This unique dual degree, offering an MA in Conflict Resolution and Coexistence (COEX) and a Social Impact MBA, builds synergies across interdisciplinary skills for those who want to deliver on a vision of peace. Students will master a set of strategy, financial management, and operations skills to develop and implement peacebuilding policies through efficient organizations and responsible management.
Program Description
This intensive program is taken over 26 months, or six consecutive semesters, and includes an MBA Team Consulting Project, a COEX Practicum, a Master’s Paper and a Capstone Presentation. The following curriculum plan presents one course sequence for the dual degree program.
Students in dual degree programs fulfill the complete requirements for each degree, earning degrees for both programs.
