Retreat Goals

Over the course of the Retreat Fellows will:

  • Deepen your connections across the Segal Network, with both Fellows and partners
  • Gain the inspiration and motivation you need to continue to take action now, across all parts of your life, as a citizen leader
  • Think, learn, share, and build skills around the Segal Program Core Competencies in ways that are relevant for Fellows at all stages in life and career;
  • Challenge yourselves to share and/or grow around the importance of equity, belonging, and inclusion for all of us as citizen leaders;
  • Actively engage with and strengthen our Segal community.
