Our mission is to inspire and activate generations of civic and community leaders across sectors, issue areas, and lived experiences. Our lifelong Fellows are citizens of the world who uplift equitable systems and create a more just world through connection and action, continuing the work of Eli and Phyllis Segal.

The Program is a constantly expanding, intergenerational constellation of citizen leaders working across all sectors, who give each other lifelong support as they devise solutions to society’s most intractable problems. It elevates citizen leadership and service as crucial to the health and well-being of our democracy and communities.
