Overview
This RC Cafe explores the gender dynamics of relational work, as explored in the engineering context by Joyce Fletcher, and as explored in the healthcare context by Darren McLean. Together, they will explore how these dynamics play out in the organizational context and in the broader institutional context.
Jody Hoffer Gittell will facilitate the conversation, and will invite you to share about your work on this topic - as a researcher, leader or change agent.
