Segal Program Partner Spotlight

The Segal Program thanks all of our partners, both past and present, for their continued dedication to and support of our Segal Fellows in their personal and professional citizen leadership journeys. On this page, we highlight partners who have taken advantage of hosting a Segal Fellow as an intern for a 10+ week summer internship, which benefits both the Fellow and host organization.

Working with the Segal Program

The Segal Program is honored to be partnering with Emerald Anderson-Ford, as our equity consultant, to help us better center and incorporate antiracism work into the Program, as well as plan August’s Segal Program Racial Justice & Antiracism Summit. In June 2021, the Segal staff and Segal family/Advisory Board leadership met with Emerald and Fellows from the Summit Planning Committee to lay a foundation for the Program's continued focus on racial justice.

Emerald is the Founder/Owner of Communities Reaching for Equity and Diversity. She is also the Managing Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy at City Year and was honored with a 2021 Comcast NBCUniversal Leadership Award for her work.
