Alex Thomson
2014 Brandeis Undergraduate Segal Fellow
Alex Thomson is a 2014 Segal Fellow. Alex now lives in Washington, D.C., where he works as an attorney at the law firm Covington & Burling. Alex is a 2020 graduate from Berkeley Law School. While at Berkeley, Alex spent most of his time on LGBTQ legal issues and voting rights. In his last year of law school, Alex clerked on the House Judiciary Committee where he worked on the impeachment of President Donald J. Trump, and on the successful House passage of the Voting Rights Advancement Act. Alex graduated from Brandeis University in 2015. During his Segal Fellowship, Alex interned at Northwind Strategies, a Boston public relations firm, and on the Finance Team for the Martha Coakley Campaign for Governor.
