Carmela Belizaire comes to the Segal Program as a double Brandeis alumna. Carmela holds an MPP in Health Policy from the Heller School, and a BA in Health: Science, Society, and Policy from Brandeis University.
Her policy interest includes maternal and child health in relation to advocacy and direct community engagement. Prior, this role, Carmela managed academic research projects at Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts. She brings more than four years of interdisciplinary experience, with specific focus in analytical and stakeholder engagement projects.
All in all, Carmela looks forward to engaging with Fellows and assisting in the Segal Program’s growth.
