Leila Quinn

2018 Heller MPP/MBA Segal Fellow

Leila Quinn is a dual Master of Public Policy and Master of Business Administration candidate at The Heller School at Brandeis University. Before coming to Heller, she worked as a Policy Director for Boston City Councilor Andrea J. Campbell, where she focused on public safety and criminal justice. Leila previously acted as Advocacy Manager for Generation Citizen, a national action-civics education nonprofit, where she advised youth civics projects on a wide variety of issues. This work inspired her to jump into the field of policy analysis. Leila has significant political campaign experience and is passionate about getting good women into office. She believes government should work for the greater good so that people can choose where they want to live and not worry about access to a good education or quality food. Leila originally hails from New York City and graduated from Hastings High School. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelors' in environmental studies from Mount Holyoke College in 2012. While not at work, she can be found bicycling the streets of metro Boston.
