Leila Quinn
2018 Heller MPP/MBA Segal Fellow
Leila Quinn (MBA, MPP '19) works as a Manager at Zelus Consulting Group, LLC. Her work blends both public policy and business by improving business operations in the public sector and their contact centers. Before completing a dual Master's program at Heller, she worked as a Policy Director for Boston City Councilor Andrea J. Campbell, where she focused on public safety and criminal justice. Leila was previously an Advocacy Manager for Generation Citizen, a national action-civics education nonprofit, where she advised youth civics projects on a wide variety of issues. This work inspired her to jump into public service. Leila has significant political campaign experience and is passionate about getting women elected into office. She believes the government should work for the greater good so that people can choose where they want to live and not worry about access to a good education or quality food.
Leila originally hails from New York City but has called Massachusetts home for over a decade. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelors' in environmental studies from Mount Holyoke College in 2012.
