Julie Livingstone

Julie P. Livingstone is a Director of Real Estate Development at The RMR Group. She works to reimagine underutilized properties and create new value through mixed-use redevelopment.
Previously, at The HYM Investment Group, Julie focused on all aspects of Bulfinch Crossing, a $2+ billion, 2.9 million SF transformation of the Government Center Garage into four new world-class, mixed-use buildings (commercial office, residential, life science).
Julie is formerly Deputy Chief of Staff at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia and worked on national service strategy and operations as an Eli Segal Fellow from the Office of the CEO at theCorporation for National and Community Service in DC. She also served as an AmeriCorps NCCC member in Gulf Coast communities after Hurricane Katrina.
In 2019, she was recognized by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce as the “Emerging ExecutivePinnacle Award” recipient and currently sits on the Chamber’s Women’s Network Advisory Board. She is
a member and former advisory board member of the Eli J. and Phyllis N. Segal Citizen Leadership
Program and serves on the board of the Commonwealth Children’s Center.
Julie has a Bachelor of Science in Brain and Cognitive Sciences from M.I.T. and a Master of Public Policyand Urban Planning from the Harvard Kennedy School. Julie, her husband, and two sons live in Boston.
