Letter to Segal Network on COVID-19 Pandemic

Dear Segal Network,

We are thinking of the Segal Network, your friends and family, and the larger community during these uncertain times. We know that COVID-19 is creating a time of rapid change, uncertainty, and stress, and we hope that you are doing what you can to stay safe and support yourself and others.

We also hope that you will reach out to us at the Segal Program and each other, if we can be of support or if you have information you would like to share with the larger Segal Network. While Brandeis has suspended campus gatherings and most in-office work, the Segal Program and Center for Youth and Communities staff are working remotely and remain available via phone and email. Brandeis has a page with regularly updated information about its COVID-19 response at https://www.brandeis.edu/health/coronavirus.

We are increasing the opportunities for Fellows to connect with and support each other remotely and the virtual resources and gatherings that the Program offers. Amidst all that is going on, we remain focused on the Segal community and on how we can be of support, so please don’t hesitate to contact us with ideas, questions, offers, requests, etc. Thank you for all that you are doing to move forward through these uncertain and challenging times.

Sincerely,

Susie and Kyle, on behalf of The Segal Program Staff at the Center for Youth and Communities
