Luca Swinford is a research associate at the Lurie Institute for Disability Policy. He is currently a master of public policy student at the Heller School for Social Policy and Management, concentrating in Children, Youth, and Families. In addition to his role at Lurie, Luca is a Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) Fellow at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School. He holds a BA in Education Studies from Brandeis University and is a co-founder of the Disabled Students’ Network at Brandeis.
