Luci Swinford is a Research Associate at the Lurie Institute for Disability Policy. At Lurie, Luci is mainly involved with projects related to disabled parents. Luci is also an Education PhD student at Harvard University, focused on questions around special education history. She also holds a BA in Education Studies and a Master of Public Policy from Brandeis University.
