Working closely with the Women's Lunch Place Director of Programs, responsibilities include designing and evaluation components to include both a process and outcome evaluation. The process evaluation will ensure the program services are implemented as intended. The outcome evaluation will allow WLP to establish key outcome variables to gauge the degree to which involvement with the OAI helps facilitate positive change in guests. Following a baseline assessment, IERE together with WLP staff will develop a logic model, finalize the practice model, identify best data tracking methods, develop and review outcomes, and, when necessary, make needed changes to the practice model.
