Heller faculty, staff and students: Are you planning an event? 

Before you confirm a speaker and schedule an event, please submit an event request form to the University Events office and wait until you receive confirmation on the date and time.

All room reservation requests should be submitted to the University Events Office. Please work with the University Events team to ensure you have the right space, set-up, catering, and media technology support (if needed).

All Heller event planners are asked to share information about their events using this form so that Heller events can be posted to the Heller Events online calendar.

Note about the Zinner Forum: With few exceptions, events are not being scheduled in the Zinner Forum on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. If you would like to inquire about using the Forum for an event during this time, please contact the Heller Events team at hellerevents@brandeis.edu
