Creating a growth and strategic plan for the Gimme5 program at Preserve, a for-profit company with a social mission to turn recycled plastics into usable household items.

Smoky House Center

Analyzing the feasibility of mission advancement and financial sustainability through land-leasing for a farm in Danby, VT.

SUPPORTbrokers

Creating an effective marketing strategy for SUPPORTbrokers, a fee-for-service initiative of The Arc of Massachusetts, that provides individualized planning for the elderly and adults with disabilities.

Beth Israel

Evaluating operational capacity for Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Orthopedics Department to determine cost effective measures to optimize patient accessibility. 

American MoJo

Designing an operations plan for MoJo's expansion to Oakland, California, including analyzing its manufacturing production process, supply chain, demand, personnel, and the implementation of its social mission, to determine how best to streamline operations across multiple locations.

FloDesign Wind Turbine

Performing a market entry analysis for a for-profit clean-energy startup, including analyzing the economics of entering one specific market and producing the optimal entry strategy for entering that market.

Client Project Description
Roxbury Prep Charter School    Assessing the school’s current human resource practices and policies and recommending how to (1) streamline the hiring process to be more efficient, (2) create formal partnerships to ensure a qualified work force, and (3) best utilize the internal teacher training program to support growth by recruiting, training and retaining a talented teacher and administrative work force.
The Providence Granola Project
Assisting a young social enterprise that employs refugees in Providence, RI with the development of a growth strategy that addresses information systems refinement and integration, marketing research for expansion into new distribution channels, and operations and financial analysis associated with relocating to a new facility.
The Leaders through Education, Action, and Hope Program (LEAH), a program of the Boston Public Schools' DELTAS (Department of Extended Learning Time, Afterschool & Services) Revising the program’s mission statement and determining a strategic vision for the next 3-5 years drawing on input from key stakeholders through focus groups, interviews, and surveys to strengthen programming and reinforce the program’s vision of youth leadership; performing comprehensive research of external trends occurring in the youth services and out-of-school time program fields.
New Entry Sustainable Farming Project
Creating a diversified fundraising plan to include individual donor and foundation cultivation strategies to supplement restricted funding from USDA grants. 
buildOn Designing an impact evaluation framework for buildOn's U.S. based after school community service programs and providing recommendations for implementing the results of this evaluation; developing indicators to measure program impact on youth empowerment.
St. Anthony Free Medical Clinic Conducting an environmental assessment of the relevant trends affecting the clinic and identifying potential organizational models and the corresponding financial and managerial implications in an effort to help the clinic develop a strategic position and service vision for the next 3-5 years.
Healthworks Foundation Developing a comprehensive strategic vision that encompasses organizational structure and human resources, budgeting and fundraising, marketing and brand image, and board recruitment and development, to strengthen the alignment between the Healthworks Foundation and its parent corporation.
Hebrew Rehabilitation Center Determining whether Hebrew Rehabilitation Center (HRC) should expand its facility by 39 sub-acute care beds by performing a comprehensive demand analysis, testing current operating assumptions, and facilitating the development of a strategic service vision for future expansion.
