Massachusetts Health Policy Forum

Telehealth in a Post Pandemic World

The virtual Forum, "Telehealth in a Post Pandemic World," was held from 8:30-10:40 a.m. on Thursday, December 3, 2020.

This forum focused on the future of telehealth in Massachusetts in a post pandemic world. Information was presented on how utilization and reimbursement for telehealth services have changed during the course of the pandemic. We explored what we have learned and highlighted best practices and recommendations on policy and practice going forward.

This work was made possible by generous funding from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and Baystate Health. It was also co-sponsored by the Brandeis/Harvard NIDA Center to Improve System Performance of Substance Use Disorder Treatment.
