Clare L. Hurley serves as Department Administrator overseeing the administrative and organizational management of the Institute for Global Health and Development. For over twenty years she has assisted in coordinating both domestic and international research projects on health economics and financing at the Heller School. Topics include incentives, malaria, dengue, vector control, HIV/AIDS, reproductive health, vaccines, innovative products, human resources for health, and behavioral health. She is an author of four journal articles and an editor of about 150 other publications on these topics.
