In the constantly changing landscape of the healthcare system, the Hub & Spoke model of service delivery aims to serve OUD patients more efficiently and effectively while easing the navigation process for treatment services. This model allows for basic treatment services to be provided in a variety of spoke locations, with the hub providing leadership and OUD treatment expertise. Each Hub & Spoke network offers buprenorphine, extended-release naltrexone, and/or methadone.
