Supporting Our Program

The MA COEX Program is part of a strong community of learning, where the students, the faculty, the Alumni and the partners work together to build a strong network of peacebuilding professionals.

Here are some partners who work with us on an ongoing-basis:

  • International NGOs, like Mercy Corps, Search for Common Ground, or the Alliance for Peacebuilding
  • National Agencies, like USAID but also ministries in many developing countries
  • Academic partners, with whom we develop a network of institutions around the world, in collaboration with the Sustainable International Development program

Our partners are associated in many different ways: they identify great prospective students, involve our students through their practicum, support their practicum and/or hire them for full-time positions.  Many of these partners also collaborate with our faculty on field missions, where students and alumni can be associated.

None of this work at Brandeis and in the field would be possible without the support of our funding partners. We want to especially thank Alan B. Slifka and the Alan B. Slifka Foundation for its sustainable commitment.
