Heller faculty, staff and students: Are you planning an event? 

Booking the Zinner Forum for an event:  Before you confirm a speaker and schedule an event in the Zinner Forum, please check availability by submitting the Heller Events Request form

Once the Heller Events team confirms your reservation, submit an event request form to the University Events office. Note in the form that the Zinner Forum has been reserved through the Heller Events team.  Use the form to indicate the campus services you require, such as custodial staff, catering, and media and technology services. 

To book event space in any other room on campus, use the University Events form.  

All Heller event planners are asked to share information about their events using this form so that your event can be posted to the Heller Events online calendar.
