How has the nominee's teaching assistance enhanced your graduate education and professional and personal development?
Please submit a brief statement of nomination explaining how this teaching assistant has distinguished themself in their role. You may wish to consult the Criteria for Teaching Assistant Award for possible qualities you want to mention. Please share specific stories and anecdotes. A nomination that is simply a name will not be counted. A nomination must include at least one reason your nominee deserves the award.

Names of nominators will remain confidential. What you write in your nomination will be read only by members of the Awards Committee and the Dean, who will read selected quotations about the winners at the Awards Ceremony and may include such quotations in the official letters to the awardees.
