Before
our Admissions Committee can review your applicant file, we will need
to receive the application materials and documentation itemized
in the list below. You may click on the
links provided to download required forms, or to submit an application
on-line. If you would prefer to receive an application packet by mail,
please email the Admissions Office at HellerAdmissions@Brandeis.edu and make
a request. Please make sure to include your entire mailing address as
you would address it on an envelope.
