AMA Credit Designation Statement for Modules I-IV:

The Massachusetts Medical Society designates these live activities for a maximum number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ (as outlined below).  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Module I: January 14-24, 2016 – a maximum of 65.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits

Module II: May 5-15, 2016 – a maximum of 71.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits

Module III: January 12-22, 2017 – a maximum of 71.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits

Module IV: May 4-14, 2017 – a maximum of 65.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits

Accreditation Statement:

These activities have been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint providership of the Massachusetts Medical Society and The Heller School for Social Policy and Management, Brandeis University.  The Massachusetts Medical Society is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
