Submissions

Inquiries in Social Policy is now accepting submissions for our second issue. Submissions are due by July 6, 2010. 

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSIONS

Submissions should: 

- Address contemporary social policy issues, which may include, but are not limited to, health, behavioral health, aging, children, youth, and families, and poverty alleviation. 
- Be original and unpublished (class assignments are fine).
- Be of an academic nature, but may also take the form of book or film reviews, or proposals for interviews. 

All submissions must meet the following criteria. Failure to comply will be grounds for immediate rejection:

• Be less than 5000 words (capstones are accepted, regardless of length). 
• Double-spaced, 12 point, Times New Roman font. 
• Have a title on the first page. 
• Include an abstract of 200 or fewer words and a complete bibliography.
• Submitted as a Word document in “.doc” format, with your initials as the file name. 
• The author's name should be omitted from all pages; it should appear only in the email accompanying submission.
