This is a continuation of the Institute on Assets and Social Policy's (IASP) evaluation of the Massachusetts Secure Jobs Initiative.  During this phase IASP is planning to build on our partnerships with the Paul and Phyllis Fireman Charitable Foundation, the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the Secure Jobs sites.
