Profile

Ruslan V. Nikitin is a Research Associate at the Institute for Behavioral Health at the Heller School for Social Policy and Management, Brandeis University. He works both with the Brandeis Prescription Monitoring Program Center of Excellence and Massachusetts Department of Public Health to enhance the Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) through projects funded by the Bureau of Justice Assistance. The overall objective of the MA PMP is to prevent and reduce the abuse and diversion of pharmaceutical drugs while ensuring patient care.

Prior to joining the Institute, Ruslan worked in education and nonprofit sectors in the US and Uzbekistan.
