Profile

As Director of Consulting Services, Nonprofit Finance Fund, Professor McLaughlin assists non-profit clients with strategy, operations, and financial projects. He is a contributing editor for the Nonprofit Times, for which he writes a monthly column. Professor McLaughlin is the author of five management books, including Nonprofit Strategic Positioning: Decide Where to Be, Plan What to Do, the first non-profit-oriented book to describe strategic positioning as an alternative to traditional strategic planning.
