Profile

Susan Gershenfeld has extensive policy, program, and research experience in higher education, not-for-profit, and government organizations. Most recently, she directed the Illinois Promise, which provided full scholarship and support to over 2,000 eligible low-income students at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her research interests focus on predictors of success (both in college and post-college) for underrepresented students.
