Profile
Professor Jehan Raheem was the founder and director of the office of evaluation at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and served as UNDP Resident Representative in Burma. He is a specialist in the United Nations system and in technical assistance. Currently he is developing a theory of a rights-based approach to development.
