Employer Services

As accomplished professionals ready to address the most pressing societal challenges, Heller students view their time in graduate school as an opportunity to learn, engage and build relationships within all sectors. Want to tap into this vibrant pool? We provide the following options for working with Heller students and recruiting both Heller students and alumni for jobs, internships, fieldwork and research opportunities.

Employer Spotlights

Engage with students interested in learning more about your organization at informal tabling sessions held on campus. Click here to sign up for a session.

Host a Group of Students

If your organization cannot come to campus, Heller students can come to you. Host a group of Heller students to visit your office and hear firsthand from staff about their work. For alumni and employers not in the Greater Boston area, groups of students also travel annually to New York City and Washington, D.C., for in-person meetings.

Career Conversations

Participate in thoughtful conversations with current students and fellow alumni through panel discussions, brown bag talks and keynote presentations to provide insight into the field, current issues, career paths and individual professional experiences.

Handshake Online

Post full- and part-time positions including jobs, internships, fellowships, consulting and temporary opportunities for students and alumni in our comprehensive career management database. This platform gives your organization access to post opportunities to over 170 universities in one simple step. There is no charge to post. Click here to learn about how to create a company profile or join an existing company profile.

On-Campus Interviews

Meet your competitive, time-sensitive recruitment needs through on-campus interviews with qualified candidates. Times are flexible and can occur either day or evening.
