Fellowships

Highlighted below are a listing of relevant fellowship opportunities for Heller students:

• Boren Fellowships:   Funds U.S. graduate students to add an important international and language component to their graduate education through specialization in area study, language study, or increased language proficiency.

• Catholic Relief Services International Development Fellows Program:  Gives people who are interested in a career in international relief and development an opportunity to increase their overseas experience and gain exposure to our programs during a one-year placement.

• Compton Foundation Fellowships:  Focuses exclusively on students from developing countries, primarily Central and South America and sub-Saharan Africa

• Education Pioneers Graduate School Fellowship:  The Fellowship features high-impact work experience as a project consultant for a leading education organization, professional development workshops that examine complex urban education issues and deepen Fellows' understanding of reform, and access to a robust, nationwide network of industry experts and Alumni.

• Kaiser Health Policy Fellowship Database: This database summarizes and links to fellowships and internships in health policy and related fields.

• Presidential Management Fellowship: Flagship leadership development program at the entry level for advanced degree candidates for two-year appointments in the federal government.

• Rappaport Summer Public Policy Fellowship: Encourages graduate students to spend part of their careers in public service through a paid, 10-week summer internship in key state and local agencies in the Greater Boston area.

• U.S. Schweitzer Fellows ProgramSchweitzer Fellows partner with community-based organizations to identify an unmet health need, design a year-long service project with a demonstrable impact on that need, and bring that project from idea to implementation and impact on top of their usual graduate school responsibilities.
