The Heller School makes every effort to provide tuition and stipend support to full-time PhD students, who typically receive support through training grants and university and donor funds for their first two years of doctoral study. This financial support is awarded on a competitive basis and does not require submission of a financial statement.
For most students, financial assistance comes from a variety of sources: federal training grants, fellowships supported by individual donors, institutional scholarships and stipends, and federal loans. Eligibility for loans is determined using the FAFSA form. Eligibility for all scholarships and fellowships relies on the application for admissions.
Information about loans is found here.
A listing of frequently asked questions about financial aid for both domestic and international students is posted on the main Heller School Financial Aid page.
