In addition to the personal statement, applicants to the MBA program must submit a writing sample answering both of the following questions:

1. Describe an experience that you have had as a member of a team when one or more members of the group created a conflict or dissension amongst group members. Discuss the nature of the challenge and the role that you played in resolving it.
2. Discuss an ethical dilemma that you have faced either in a personal or professional context. Describe the specific situation, alternatives that you considered and the ultimate resolution of the dilemma.

Responses should be limited to 500 words for each question. The writing sample must be submitted electronically when completing the online application. Documents should be saved on your computer and uploaded in PDF format. If you are unable to upload documents in PDF format, you may also use .doc, .docx, and .rtf. Other file types will be unreadable. Please do not email us or mail to us a copy of your uploaded documents.
