LaB Participants: Program Reading and Presentations(login required)
Leading at Brandeis is a year-long strategic leadership development program sponsored by the Brandeis University Office of Human Resources for current high-performing and high-potential Brandeis University managers and leaders.
To create new mindsets, university managers and leaders must have a sophisticated understanding of the university, its mission, and ways to build university leadership that is aligned with strategic needs.
The university landscape is continually changing. University leaders need to think strategically about the university and its potential for growth in new areas while continuing to meet its mission and mandate. Brandeis anticipates leadership renewal needs in future; the university needs nimble, collaborative manager-leaders who can provide a proactive poof for systematic succession planning.
Anticipating these leadership challenges has prompted Brandeis to offer the Leading at Brandeis (LaB) program for current high-performing and high-potential Brandeis managers and leaders.
